Shipping Information

Free shipping on every order, worldwide. Standard delivery is already included in our prices, so you only pay more if you choose a faster option.

Couple Gift Store ships to customers around the world. You'll see these three options at checkout. Delivery times are counted in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) once your order has shipped.

Standard and Express are charged per item. For example, two plushies sent by Express Shipping cost $60.00 in shipping. Free Shipping stays free however many items you order.

Order processing

We process orders within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. When your order is placed you'll get a confirmation email with the order details. If it doesn't arrive, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact us and we'll confirm the order for you.

Tracking your parcel

You can check the status of your order at any time on our Track Order page.

Changes and delivery address

If you need to change anything about your order, email [email protected] as soon as possible. We can't change an order after it has shipped.

Please check that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. We can't be responsible for parcels that can't be delivered because of an incorrect address. If an order is returned to us for that reason, we'll refund the order (excluding any shipping fee you paid) so you can place it again with the right address.
